Like sands through the hourglass!

Prepping for one of my sessions at this years FILEX conference in Sydney and as it is on how we can use SandBells as a training tool for strength and endurance goals I was playing around with some moves to match each. If you have SandBells great, feel free to jump in and have a go. If you don't try and mimic these moves with a different tool, be aware though that slamming a weight into the floor may not be appreciated at your training facility ;) The shifting of the sand actually places a small amount of variation on the tissue of your body, thus no two reps are ever exactly the same. I love using this tool, the benefits are massive and it is super easy to coach people when using it. If you would like more details on the set duration / intensity I was using etc. send me an email.
