Trouble sleeping?

Hey team. I have had trouble getting to sleep for what seems most of my life. I have been using this tool for about 10 minutes before bed every night for three months now and I feel it has helped me drift off to sleep way faster than I normally would. I also use it when I meditate during the day. If you're like me and have struggled to get to sleep during the night... This may help!

It's super simple. You just download the app from the app store, plug the tool into the headphone jack of your smart phone, select the format you want (mine are sleep and meditation), place it on the back of your head and BOOM! It goes to work.
