If you haven't guessed by now, I LOVE an immersive learning experience! One of the world class organisations I am associated with is PTA Global. Once a year in Australia we deliver a Mentorship that is a world class experience for Fitness Industry and Allied Health Professionals who want to gain a deep-level understanding of the game changing, PTA Global Systems, Sciences and Tools. This live, intensive experience held over four days creates the ultimate environment for you to grow as a PT and as a person while immediately applying the tools you learn. We'll spend time diving into, Behaviour Change and the stages and processes people go through to get to self sustaining change and how you as their coach can guide them to the results they want. We'll bring myofascial anatomy to life and give you a better understanding of how to load the body using these lines as a guide. Why might that be a good idea? VARIABILITY. Your body craves variability in movement. That and the ability to modify any movement to suit your clients abilities and what they like! Not what you like, what they like!

We'll play and feel just how powerful it is to enjoy what you're doing. You'll learn how to manipulate games to again suit different styles of clients, oh and we'll talk about what styles of client there actually are.

During the level two stuff, we'll dig into who your client is at a particular point in time and how much stress they may actually be able to handle for that session. Not everyone should be flogged the snot out of every session. In fact doing so will probably lead them to injury!

There'll be plenty of practical application, where you'll get a chance to practice what we're talking about oh and, Breakfast, lunch, snacks, tea, coffee and dinner daily are all included I really believe that some of the best learning is done outside of the structured sessions over meals!

You'll have to get yourself there and pay for your accomodation which can be pre arranged for you if needed at the Star of The Sea Luxury Apartments on Terrigal Beach. Luxury 3 bedroom apartments are available to share with 2 others (all rooms with queen sized beds) which works out to be around $140 per room/ per night.

If want to effectively and consistently influence someone’s behaviour in less than 10 minutes and transfer that into his or her exercise programming for life - then this experience could be for you!

Normal price per Mentorship Stage is $1595 ($3190 total for level one and two).
